The installers were very prompt and did excellent work. They subcontracted a plumber to uninstall the old and install the new plumbing. He too was very prompt and competent. Overall we had a great experience with Creative Counters and would highly recommend them.

The did a great job with everything. They took away the old counter and put the new one in. They cleaned up all the mess. I get so many compliments on the color and look in my kitchen now. They even made sure I knew how to take care of the sink, disposal and the countertops afterwards.

We were really satisfied. We would use them again.

This company is FANTASTIC!!!! They are really easy to work with and their expertise definitely shows in the fine work they do from measuring through to installation. They are always available if you have a question and they have many great design ideas if you are new to this type of counter top. And their installers are FABULOUS!!!!! Jeff Wade and Dan Mertz came to my home today to install my new granite coutner tops. They called me when they were in route which I appreciated because I took off from work to be home. Then they went out of their way to be careful in my home. I was not replacing the kitchen floor tile as part of my kitchen remodel project and Jeff and Dan put down moving mats so all the many tools they needed for the installation would not scratch the floor. Thank you Jeff and Dan! The whole installation looks perfect as they caulked the top and wall too. The finished product was completely free of any imperfections and their work area was totally clean when they were done. I really appreciated the tips Jeff gave me concerning how to keep my new counter tops looking great. This is the company you want to call when you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen, they are experts!

Overall we had a very positive experience with Creative Counters. The company did it all, from measuring to installation, ordering faucets and sinks and scheduling the plumber.

Ted, the general manager, and the person who took the measurements were great. We were told it would take three weeks after the final measurement to get the counters installed. I believe it was actually 23 days. We had a semi-major issue with the initial install. The installers were rude, short, arguing among themselves, created some (very minor) damage, and the sink portion of the counter top was not cut properly (this was the fabricator's fault - not Creative Counters). The mis-cut piece was resent two days later. I was grateful for the quick turnaround. I complained to Ted about the installers and he promptly gave a sincere apology and said they had a serious discussion with the installers about it. Overall I am very happy with the end result, the counters and sink fit very well and look fantastic. The three week turnaround time wasn't too pleasant, but I was told about it up front.

This was a positive experience from beginning to end. They showed up right on time to measure and make a template, and again to install the granite. It looks great. Everyone I talked to was polite and they returned calls promptly. Highly recommended.
