Please give us this opportunity to introduce ourselves. We are the owners of Bob Fish Buick, GMC and Isuzu Trucks, Inc., in West Bend, WI. Although it has been a challenging year, we have been informed that we are a preferred dealership within General Motors. Recognized for our excellence in sales and service for the last 30 years, we will continue to be a leader with GM for years to come. History In the spring of 1981, our father, Robert “Bob” Fish, started Bob Fish Buick GMC in West Bend, WI. Over the years, Bob expanded the dealership building and added a separate facility for trucks - Bob Fish Truck Equipment. Bob’s passion was to build and manufacture commercial trucks of all sizes. Bob was very active in the community and was involved with: The MACC Fund, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Washington County, the Washington County Fair Park and numerous other organizations. I have been doing business with them for probably 20 years. I run a small business where I transfer special needs children, and so I own 10 vehicles, and they do most of my work for me. There was an issue with a sliding door on a van, and I had it taken in a couple of times, but then they made it right regarding the price by giving me credit for work that was done before and was not done correctly. Everybody makes mistakes, but if you stand by your work, that means a lot to me also. They original charge was 500 Dollars and they knocked the charge down to 200 Dollars. They give me a very good price from them.
Description of Work: I use Bob Fish Buick GMC Truck Inc. They fixed a sliding door on my van.

I have been going to them for 20 years. They service my vehicles. It is a clean friendly place to have your service work done. I would recommend Gary in Service and Tim in parts.
Description of Work: Sold and Mounted tires. Plugged another vehicles tire.

It went fine. It did take a couple of days, but that was not bad considering the extent of what had to be done.
Description of Work: Inspect and replace transfer case rear valve, refill and conduct road test. Replace fan belt and serpentine belt. Replace license plate bulbs. Interval service, rotate tires, lube, oil and filter, inspect throttle linkage. Fix actuator for air conditioning and heat. Replace windshield blades.

THEIR SERVICE IS ALWAYS GOOD AND TIMELY, WHICH IS NICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEY TAKE IN THE VEHICLE WITHIN A COUPLE MINUTES OF YOUR ARRIVAL. I'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THEIR PRICING IS VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: REPAIRED A BROKEN MIRROR ON THE DOOR AND DID AN OIL CHANGE.
