We called for service on our broken water heater. The technician arrived in the appropriate amount of time and said it would cost $35 for the service call. He spent 10 minutes diagnosing the problem and recommended purchasing a new water heater. All of a sudden we had a bill for $140 because he did not tell us that there is an additional $100/ hour labor charge. Needless to say, we were unimpressed.
