"Hi [Member Name Removed], we are so sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. If you are not happy WE are not happy it's as simple as that. I did look back at your service record from over a year ago and it looks like this was on the 2004 Grand Am and mileage was 181,998 at that time. It appears as though we only inspected this vehicle and did no repairs at all. I don't see any mention about suspension or steering problems on the work order. I do show that we inspected the power lock system, the directional switch, and also a transmission issue. We provided estimates on all the recommended repairs for these 3 systems but you didn't have us repair any of it. We also recommended front brake pads and rotors which you didn't have use do either. Looking at the big picture it was probably these items the other shop 7 months later fixed. As a professional auto repair business we strive to treat everyone respectfully, regardless of gender, mechanical knowledge or age. I apologize if you did not feel that way."
