computer sales
 + -1 moreI will never set foot in this store again, even though it's where I bought my computer. My computer is under warranty. They were going to keep it for a week just to diagnose what I already knew was the problem. They had already taken a month to diagnose my old computer, and claimed to have notified me although I never received the voice mail. The retail manager gives you the runaround, and the owner backs her up. Apparently they can't afford to hire enough technical people, and so the customers have to endure unacceptably long waiting periods. Another customer in the store when I was there was also complaining about unacceptably long waiting periods. So much for buying local.
