They were efficient and did their job well. They went over everything with me to make sure I had the contact information if there were any problems.

Loved the process and the service is outstanding.

I was able to find a product I was looking for on line, and when I entered the store I was going to, they even told me what aisle and section to go to - awesome since it's such a big store.  I was approached right away when I got to the aisle I was looking for.  The woman asked if she could help, I told her what I was looking for, and she had to get a ladder to get it off a top shelf.  It was nice not having to walk all over the store to find someone to help. She was very friendly.  They have a good selection of quality items.

It has been a nightmare. They came and did the measurement. I contacted them after that to reduce the area that I wanted to put the flooring and the tile. When I came to their store to pick up the sample, he said that the tile I asked for was not the one included in my price. So I asked for the exact price. They said that they still need to figure things out to make sure that things will be accurate. It has been two weeks and they still do not have the final quote. They said they will get back to me, but they still have not.

The process went very smoothly from the ordering, measuring and install. The installers were very friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with the variety of selections available at Home Depot and the associates are friendly and helpful. I was aware of what Home Depot had to offer, but it would was still somewhat taxing to have to deal with so many different parties. Once you make the purchase, you get handed off to others to make the arrangements for installations and it gets somewhat confusing and cumbersome. All of the installation work is done by outside party contractors, and all three of those contractors were outstanding. I was totally thrilled with the countertop and backsplash and my only and quot;complaintand quot; with the flooring was that it took almost two months from the time I paid for it to get it installed.

They provided the plumber and the price was pretty good. They subcontracted the plumber, it was guaranteed and it was within the price they quoted. My only concern is that it was in a different size water heater that I was going to get. What I did was I went and compared water heater manufacturers and so I got a better water heater than some of the other places I was looking. To some businesses, they weren't giving me as good a price than Home Depot did with the installation.

We went through Home Depot for our new kitchen countertops. They use a countertop contractor called Kopfmann, which I could not find on Angie's List (otherwise I would review them too).
Everything took a few weeks from ordering in the store to having the counters installed.
A few things didn't sit right, like the HD making you pay in full up front, and the fact that you have to pay per square foot for removal. And also that the installers won't touch the plumbing.
But we managed to remove the old counters ourselves and get our sink disconnected, and they sent their installer as scheduled. I was a bit surprised that it was one guy only doing the install on his own - I can see where two of them could have handled the big pieces of counter easier. It sounded like he was having a bit of a rough time with things, but he got it all done in a few hours and it looks great!
We had some trouble getting our plumbing fixed up again afterward, but that has nothing to do with these guys. They did a good job and I think the price was fair. It would have been cool if it had been a tiny bit cheaper but for the convenience of working with HD I think it was worth it.

They were suppose to come out and finish up the kitchen stairs and schedule an appointment to do this. I am having issues getting in contact with them. They said that they would come back and do this once I got the adhesive off of the floor. Well I have, and now every time I call them I keep getting the run around that they will get back with me. I called them 6 times on Friday and 2 times today; I still have not gotten a reply.

Home Depot passed us on to their contractor, who got in touch with us about coming out to measure and speak with us. But then it was raining, the contractor had to cancel, and we never got a call back to reschedule. That was several weeks ago.

Everything went well, they were good about letting us know which one to rent.

Their communication is very good. They called to checkup on the fence after the installation and I thought that was very good of them.

Home Depot's price was a lot better than other places. We used the Home Depot website. Then, we met with a person there who was very helpful.

There was one worker, in particular, Bruce, that was great with helping us with our plumbing issue. He was just amazing. The pricing was good. They have improved on their services. I would use them again in the future.

The price seemed reasonable. They were very helpful and we didn't have any problems with anything. People came when they said they would.

They had what they were looking for so that's why we went with them.

We did have a problem, but they resolved it to my satisfaction. Their quality of service is good and they were professional. I will use them in the future.

I had all my kitchen cabinets done by them. I bought my bathroom sink and fixtures from them. They were very professional. They treated me very well. They knew what they were doing. There was no trouble with the products they sold. They installed the cabinets for me. The price was fine.

They were so very nice and helpful. Their salespeople were helpful in helping me find the right aisles and even brought me a motorized cart to get around. Wrote down every aisle that I needed and I found helpful people every step of the way.

Well, guess this is a case of you get what you pay for. Just to start off, the countertop looks great. Now the bad: 1 - Kitchen designer from the West Allis store said it would be 3-4 weeks. It turned out to be a horrible 10 weeks which meant that we lived without a counter and SINK for awhile. 2 - Calls regarding status were vague. Kitchen design area works on one schedule while the subs work on another. 3 - The subcontractors who did the install for Home Depot were the same ones out of Appleton who gave us a quote in first place. It showed that they make less working through H.D. then selling themselves. Lastly, #4 - Installation came and we asked them if it made a difference about having the dishwasher installed and in place prior to the counter going in... install team said no, it did not. Well, with the pitch of the floor, angle of the counter edge, the dishwasher would not install. We had to bend the edge of our new dishwasher and brace with boards to hold in place - Not good.

The gentleman that Home Depot sent out is absolutely fabulous! We love the work he has done. Val is the guy's name and he is spectacular. His crew is also very nice and helpful. They truly work with you and they even showed us how to clean the windows and they are very patient. The clean-up was good, and they are constantly asking if there is anything else they can do.

Rental process took some time. No one at counter, then had to fill out paperwork. Rental prices reasonable. One tool I rented was in poor condition and job took a bit longer because of it. When returning the rental I was credited for some time because of problem.

Home Depot had the trash pump available for rental when we called. The equipment and hoses was in great shape (looked almost new) and worked better than expected. We were able to drain our ditch in under 2 hours.
