 + -1 moreMy father’s Lincoln Town Car was purchased from this dealership in 2003. The car is in good condition with 41,400 miles on it and has been serviced regularly by this same dealership since its purchase. The car has been in one accident and that damage was repaired by this same dealership. My father no longer drives so we stopped at the dealership on Saturday to ask if they wanted to purchase the car for their pre-owned inventory. A manager assessed the condition of the car and offered $6,500. Since we didn't have the title with us, we arranged to have the car picked up at my father's home. The sales person we were working with indicated that he would bring someone to take another look at the car when they pick it up and the offer could be around $7,000. On Monday the two men showed up at the house to pick up the car. The second man began assessing the condition of the car. His questions started making us feel uncomfortable. It seemed as if he thought we were trying to get away with something. Apparently, his job was to prove that the original offer was too high. He finally came up to my father, shaking his head and said, "I know they offered you $6,500 to $7,000 but I wouldn't give you even $6,000 for it." I guess we could give you maybe $6,200. My father felt insulted and manipulated and asked them to leave. This was not about the money. It was about being treated badly.

 + -1 moreTheir waiting room is neat, and it was just remodeled in the last few years. The people are very nice and they always treat you courteously. They provided me with a car when my mother was ill.
Description of Work: I take my car to Gordie Boucher Lincoln Mercury for scheduled maintenance. My last visit was for a regular service which included oil change and tire rotation.

 + -1 moreI like this dealership a lot. They're professional and we don't have any complaints. The young man that sold us our car was very kind, understanding, and not pushy. He was fabulous - and if it weren't for him I probably wouldn't have driven away in a new car that day. They found the color I wanted in Steven's Bay and they brought it down to us as no extra charge. I would recommend this dealership and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We've bought our last few cars from this dealership. They also service the cars we purchase from them. My husband just took the car in today for an oil change, tire rotation, checked fluid levels, and did a multi point inspection. They also looked at the brakes and battery and made sure they were still okay.

 + -1 moreWHEN PUTTING THE DOOR ON, THEY BROKE IT AGAIN. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO FIX IT AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO A CHRYSLER DEALER. THE BODY SHOP MANAGER TOLD ME TO GO TO THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. I ALSO COMPLAINED TO THE GENERAL MANAGER.
