The final result we are happy with. HOWEVER, the rest of it - attitude, responsiveness, customer service, punctuality, etc was absolutely horrible. When the estimator came out, she was friendly and helpful. Had me sign the contract on her iPad - but did not receive a copy. We explained that we had a specific timeline to follow due to personal lives - would that be a problem? Was assured several times, it would not be an issue. Asked for it on 4 superset occasions. Was called and given a start date. On that date, no call - no show. Called repeatedly. Finally got a response that they had no idea what had happened. Sent a “project manager” out to go over the job. He also did not have the contract. Was told someone would be there the next morning. Again, no call, no show. Again called and was assured someone was on their way from IL. Would be here by 1 pm. Ok fine. Again, no call, no show. Called again. Supposedly talked to the owner who was very rude and disrespectful. Called me a liar. Threatened to void contract. Said all I wanted was the work done. Finally agreed to send another crew out that evening to was the areas and work would begin next morning. Again, no call, no show. By this time, we were set to leave ( was told I did not have to be here as the project manager would oversee. Again, no call, no show. Returned home 10 days later. No work done with no explanation from company. Son finally called (he rents the house from us). Would send someone out on Sunday to power wash. They showed up with no info on what was to be done. This actual crew was fantastic. Tracked down contract and completed the work Did a fantastic job. Will never use or recommend Certa Pro to anyone - but certainly would the guys that did the actual work. CertaPro is irresponsible, untrustworthy, rude, and just plain ugly to deal with.
