Was fixed in a day. Company set up for Covid distancing, wore masks, etc.

Excellent. how cool is this for customer service, he stayed open late on a Saturday as I sprinted over to let him take a look just after 1PM. A+ for customer service as he waited for me to come in to give me an estimate. He immediately greeted me and began working on the machine 1/2 hour later the machine was running like a top! He courteous, genuine and an expert at fixing precious old machines... his fee was a pleasant surprise. Hope you call him and go here 1st!

Excellent service. I was worried that I would have problems finding someone to service this old of a sewing machine, but I found Blenkinsop to be very knowledgeable. The sewing machine works like new.

I had taken my machine to another repair shop and after 3 months it still had not been repaired. The cost estimate was $235 to $265. At that point my patience had worn thin and I searched Angie's list for other repair shops in the area. I found Blenkinsop Repair in West Allis. I called and spoke to Bill, the repairman, to see if he could service a Pfaff machine. He assured me he could and gave me a two day turnaround time.  At that point, I retrieved my broken machine from the original repair shop and drove to West Allis on a Friday afternoon.  I met Bill in his storefront shop and he did a preliminary exam of my machine, diagnosed the problem, and said I should call on Monday or Tuesday to see if it was finished. I picked my machine up on Tuesday afternoon and paid a total of $70!  My machine runs like a dream and his work is guaranteed for one year. Bill Blenkinsop is a very pleasant, friendly man with a quirky sense of humor that I find rather endearing. I would definitely recommend him for your sewing machine repair needs.

I took my machine in to have a tune up and address a thread tension problem that's been driving me crazy. He said it would be done in 2 hours and it was. He estimated about $50 and it was $47.50. My machine is running beautifully and I couldn't be happier. Excellent service!
