 + -1 moreTim came out to give us a no obligation quote. He seemed really friendly and his price was reasonable. He also gave me some information about other things I could do to weatherproof the house and the number for a local public service agency that could help assess my home's energy needs. We decided to hire him after that. He and his two crewmen showed up bright and early on the day promised and began to prep all of the inner knee walls with additional insulation. Tim replaced some of the hoses for insulating with cleaner/newer ones because he didn't want to dirty our house. They blew in extra insulation in the peak of the roof and covered the attic access doors with insulation as well. Tim ran to the hardware store and picked up a couple of different vent covers for me to choose from. Tim and his guys did a great job and I feel we got our money's worth. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: We hired Tim (referred through Sandau Construction) to insulate our 1952 1-1/2 story home attic. After further inspection of our roof crawl spaces, we also asked Tim to install four additional attic vents.
