I've used Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic for the past nine years, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. My dog had appointments with Dr. Ericka Haynes, primarily, and we also Dr. Elaine Binor on occasion. Both are wonderful--compassionate, caring and warm, and outstanding at their jobs. The staff members, from the front desk staff to the techs, are all kind and friendly. My dog actually enjoyed going to the doctor--lots of treats and belly rubs to make the scary stuff easier. I recently had to have her euthanized, and Dr. Haynes came in on her day off so that she could care for my dog (and me) personally. I'd recommend the practice to anyone.

Dr. Mary Volkers is just wonderful, she listens to what you're telling her and she values your opinion because you know your dog best. She is very knowledgeable and stays on top of things.

They explained everything thoroughly and took good care of my dog. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and were great about following up with me. There is very little waiting and usually have more than one vet in the office. The office staff are cheerful and helpful. I am unsure of where it is located, but I do know they have two practices.

We finally found a vet that we love! The vet was very calm and asked us a lot of questions as it was our first time there. She was very nice to us and our dog and they explained everything that they were doing!

Great friendly service as always. Wauwatosa Vet has been my vet since I moved to Wisconsinin 2003. My dogs have always received excellent, caring, professional care.

I'm mostly happy with them. They're a lot more expensive. It's also hard to get appointments. The atmosphere is often kind of tense -- I'm not as comfortable here as I was at my previous vet. However, my dog gets good care here.

It went very good! The technician comes out and always asks how my cat is doing. They take him annd give him his fluids. When they bring him back to me, they always have time to tell me how he did, and what his weight is. He gets his fluids twice a week, and the technicians always have time to talk to me. If I have a concern, they will tell the doctor and the doctor will either talk to me right away or call me later. Everyone calls us my name, are very friendly and very caring! Even when I bring someone for an exam, the doctor always listens to your concerns and is very caring. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs and have been going to Wauwatosa Vet for many years, and would definitely recommend them!

The vet and vet tech were compassionate and punctual, while also keeping my budget in mind. I really felt like they cared about the health of my pet. I was told that he needed blood work and a heart worm test, and a nail trim. With the coupon, I only spent $125.00. I will be back for more pet care!

They were very thorough, didn't rush through the appointment, and helped me take better care of my dog. I've been meaning to get her spade, but I've been waiting for the right vet to do this and I'm very confident in Dr. Pollard.

I thought Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic were a good service and I guess I don't have any negative feedback. I found that they are very attentive to our needs for my specific animal. I thought the staff of Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic was very warm and helpful , I thought they were knowledgeable. It is very easy to schedule at Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic and things like that.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day. When I was called in to the exam room, the vet was very nice and helpful. She was able to answer my questions and provide information about eye infections in dogs.

We have been going to Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic for a couple of years. We see Dr. Voelkers usually, but anyone we've seen there has been helpful. The vet techs and assistants are all very friendly and helpful. They aren't pushy about selling meds like Frontline and Heartguard like some places. They've been great about helping us keep costs down, since our dog has had some expensive medical issues.
WhatI really like is that they've been great with my dog, who is kindly referred to as "fractious" at most places. (Translation: He hates the vet, and he will try to bite.) They've figured out a way to keep him as calm as possible through a combination of anxiety meds and (probably most helpful) "time away from mom." We drop him off in the morning and they keep him until they've been able to do what they need to do. My dog is actually doing a lot better with them now and I think their calm, routine approach contributes a lot to this.

My cat was vomiting for several days, and I took her into the clinic. They checked her out, did some blood work and found out that she may have a food allergy. I had to change her diet and she doing very well now. I think they were very thorough and called me later to see how she was doing. Really loved the attention and care she received from the doc and staff.
