Because of a plumbing mishap in our basement, we needed to dispose of 40 banker boxes of records many of which were wet. I called Shred-it on Monday. They immediately emailed me a estimate which I signed, scanned in to my computer and returned emailed to them the same day. The next day a scheduler from the company called me and arranged a time on Thursday afternoon for the pick up and service. The employee who came on Thursday had to carry all those heavy boxes up a flight of stairs from the basement and out to the truck where he shredded everything on the spot. The work was completed in just a little over an hour.
