They are really honest, and their service is good! I normally get coupons in the mail, which I really like. They also will sometimes put a sticker on your windshield that can take a couple dollars off your next oil change. I have been going here for about 6-7 years now, and would defiantly recommend them!

I go weekly for car washes. The price for oil change is the same, it just goes up when you have other services, filters replaced or windshield wipers, just normal wear and tear parts. They didn't have my filter in stock. There is a markup for wipers and filters, but it's worth the convenience. The quality was good.

It's a BMW X5, it takes a lot of oil. They replaced a windshield wiper that was bad, filled my tires and topped up the levels. They provide free top up of your fluids and oil between oil changes. For that car, their pricing is average, not higher, not lower, kind of in the middle. They do a great job. I got right in and they jumped on and got me out over the lunch break. It was good. There is a lot of checks and balances between the team of what was done and what wasn't done. They communicate well with each other, it's a full team working on your car to get you in and out quickly. They checked to make sure everything was done.

Service personnel were very professional and courteous. I was serviced as soon as I arrived and was greeted very well. Service personnel did an entire check and showed me all the fluid levels. Recommended that I change air filter and do transmission fluid change. Both I declined. I used a coupon and also received a free car wash as well as a $5.00 rebate form. Have gone there before, will go there again.

There is risk invoved. The brushes caused scratches on my hood. It was noticeable as soon as it was washed. I found that it was very difficult to deal with them rather than jump through hoops with their claims adjuster. I paid for damages myself which came to $89. I would not use them unless yo want to assume risks of any damage. The only problem I had was with the inside claims adjuster not the staff.

I do not have to wait long. During the nice weather, there is a long line, but it moves quickly. They separated the cars that just wanted an oil change from the ones that wanted a car wash. It did not take long at all. They are always very professional and very fast. I am very pleased with the service. I like the price of their oil changes. I had them use the synthetic oil so it was a little more. I have a new car and they recommended the synthetic oil.

They are fantastic and I really like them. I trust them as well. I don't need an appointment. It's so convenient that I can do it in the lunch hour. They tell me what is wrong and they don't pressurize me. I just have to drive in and sit in the car while they do the job. They have coupons all the time on the internet. They charge $28.00 for an oil change, but I always use my coupon, so I get $5.00 off and also get a free car wash too. It really brings it down to $19.00 and then I get the car wash and the routine check done as well. I was wary about going to a place like that. I had always gone to a dealer for an oil change and I had to wait forever for an oil change.
