Donaven did diagnostics on two toilets -- which included a badly dripping wand on a toto washlet. He ended up installing a new toto washlet. He went above and beyond to locate the washlet (which was very hard to find). We're incredibly grateful for his expertise and professionalism -- and perseverance in finding a new washlet. He did excellent work and for a fair price. We'll use his company again.
