James was very responsive and got me an estimate right away. His price was fair and the job he did was great. It took a few trips to get everything finished but I was notified of that ahead of time and his communication with me was good. He was flexible with my schedule. I am in the process of potentially hiring James for some other jobs around the house.

James did an excellent job on the many projects/repairs that needed to be done around the house. I had simple to more difficult work to be done. I had never hired a handyman before and was very pleased with his pleasant, friendly personality and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable. It was very easy to talk to him. He even took the time to give me great suggestions on other things around the house I had asked him about. Since my projects required multiple trips, James kept in contact with me via text so we could communicate what time he would be available. I have to say that I have a very crazy work/sleep schedule and James was very accommodating to my schedule. The work looks wonderful and I will definitely call him again if I need him in the future! He was respectful and a pleasure to have in my home!

It went excellently both times. James showed up on time as promised and did the job quickly and knowledgeably. I had originally hired him to do the first install via amazon.com but when the disposal got recalled, I called him again to install this one too since he did a great job last time. Since I was in his records, he had no problem pulling up my information and running over to do this install. (I personally appreciate that he has all his information easily accessible on his tablet. It's very professional and efficient.) He's a very versatile and flexible handyman as well as knowledgeable and friendly. I would trust him to do any handy work around my home.

James was prompt, and fixed the electrical issues very quickly. One of the issues had stumped two other repairmen, but James fixed it quickly and we have not had any problems with it since then.

It went very well. They came when they said they would and texts were answered promptly. As well as doing the work, maintenance was explained to prevent future problems. I had several questions about other things I wasn't having done, and James answered them for me. The work itself looks great. I would definitely use MyHandyPro again!

This was first handyman I was happy with, 100 percent satisfied! I will call My Handy Pro again and again. he came as promised, I didn’t have to wait all day, he text me to his ETA.

It is kind of hard to get him back. It took quite a while for them. He was very reliable and very knowledgeable. He is a good guy. I would use them again, but I don't think I would use them for plumbing but for any kind of odd jobs rather. I think he had a problem diagnosing the problem.

Everything was done well and on time. I could not have asked for anything better.

I got what I paid for and more.

Punctuality: also D because they left and went to have lunch and must have a drink every time they went to lunch and half the time they were here smelling of alcohol. I thought I did call in about them because I was quite disturbed by them.

James takes pride in doing a great job and providing excellent customer service. I have been very happy with the work done and will hire again as the need arises.

The repair itself would have been relatively simple if the part needed had been available. However, because of the unit's age, this wasn't a stock item. Further, the manufacturer was out of business. In an effort to save me money, James made a good faith effort to acquire this part, hunting all over the Milwaukee Metro area. When one supply house claimed to have the part, James drove across town to get it ... only to learn they had the wrong part. There are an assortment of ways that James could have pulled the wool over our eyes and charged us for an improper repair. Instead, he was upfront and honest the entire way. I greatly appreciated this.

Cannot say enough positive things about James -- his ability, his attitude and his responsiveness were all outstanding. When we had a problem with the installation of the new refrigerator, we called him and he offered to come back to help us out on a Sunday morning! His workmanship is superb and his can-do attitude is a great asset.

I needed a handyman on a weekend and didn't realize that not many are available on weekends. I contacted James and got his voicemail. I received a call back within a couple hours. When I explained what I needed done, he asked me to try a few things and if those didn't work, he would come out. I appreciated the fact that he was genuinely trying to help me and not selling me his services. I was not able to fix the leak and asked him to come out. He gave me a time frame of when he would be arriving and he was right on time. He was very efficient, professional and clean. He explained everything as he was fixing it. He also helped me research some parts of my window. I have been looking for this part for a long time. James helped me find the right key words and looked through the search results until we found the right part. Although there might be a different handyman service with slightly lower pricing, I would hire James again for future projects. Please note that the price below was for approximately one hour service on a Sunday.

It turned out to be wonderful. It took them less than a day to finish the work. It was an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had broken my leg and was unable to complete several projects I needed done inside my home.  I called MyHandypro and spoke with James.  He was very polite and professional and got me in on his schedule promptly due to my unfortunate situation.  He kept in contact and let me know when he was on his way.  He arrived with his assistant Bob and they got busy immediately taking care of my neglected chores.  They moved quickly, but proficiently in order to keep costs down.  I was very pleased with their work and care taken in my home.  I talked to James about  building a step on my concrete porch to make access easier for me and others that I know who use canes and other devices.  It was always a huge drop off going out my front door onto the porch as a step had never been built.  James suggested he could indeed build a step but I'd still be painting the concrete or repairing the porch, however if that's what I wanted he was happy to do the step.  Out of curiosity I asked what he could do to fix the porch and he suggested covering the entire porch with  "faux" lumber, creating a new porch with a matching step. He said the faux lumber is more durable and never needs to be painted or stained and it would look beautiful on the front of my house.  It was a wonderful idea but I assumed I couldn't afford it.  I had an estimate a couple of years ago from a deck company that would use real lumber to cover the porch and it was $2000 and a concrete mason I contacted wanted $1000 just to build a new brick step.  But James told me that I would be happy with his prices so I  told him to send me an estimate. His estimate came promptly and I was elated about the price.  He and Bob started the project on a cold November day and worked hard to finish it by the end of the day.  It was getting dark and storm clouds were blowing in but they kept working.  I cannot tell you the beautiful workmanship and attention to detail James put into that porch.  When I received the estimate I couldn't believe the detail in the estimate....the length of boards, trim pieces, corner measurements.....and he had just eyeballed it!  That is a true professional with lots  of building experience to be able to size up a job so perfectly!  I told James to pick the color of the board for me and he picked a beautiful contrasting color that perfectly accents our house color.  He laid the boards in a precise pattern to not only look great but let the rain run off properly.  As for the step it is also beautiful with a unique pattern to offset the porch itself and it is so solid it seems like its set in concrete.  Not only does the porch look awesome but he took the time to trim the whole porch off making it look even more spectacular.  Before he left that day he said he'd be back to do some final gluing, couldn't do it that day because of the bad weather...even though the whole porch and step were so solid I couldn't believe he was even going to make it even more secure, but sure enough, there he was a couple weeks later on the porch with his glue gun.  All I can say is I feel like James gave me a $3000 porch for only $700.  He is an excellent all around handyman, especially the carpentry skills he used on my project and I would definitely have him back should I need something else done.  He was also very prompt in getting receipts and other paperwork to me in a flash.  Thanks James!  We can't wait until spring when we can enjoy our new porch with friends!   Denise
