It went great. We went to the showroom in Wauwatosa and selected the type of cabinet, cabinet line, wood species, finished ends base, finished ends walls, and stain/finish, plus the hardware. We had a lot of choices. We were kept very well informed about when they'd come in and when they'd be installed. Everything went as planned. There was one cabinet that had a small mar on it and we showed it to Jack and Tom (the co-owners of Story Hill Renovations who did the remodeling in our kitchen) and asked for a replacement, which Jack took care of immediately. (Jack is also the owner of Milwaukee Cabinetry.) The cabinets are beautiful, as are the mouldings. We're very happy with the quality and look of the cabinets and the service we received.
