We use Dependable quite often. The can usually get you in for service quickly and I trust what they are telling me when they diagnose an issue. In this case it was routine maintenance and everything went smoothly. Its nice having a local shop around when you need some help with your car.

They were SUPER. I stopped for gas, my truck would not start afterwards. I called Dependable and a mechanic told me how to hit the starter to try to start my truck. It was POURING cats and dogs, so I just called AAA for a tow. When we got to Dependable the mechanic did not hesitate to crawl under my truck to see if he could and quot;persuadeand quot; the starter. He did this even though it was still raining, and he was laying in a puddle.

They are extremely courteous and friendly. On the negative side, the work was kind of sloppy. They didn't replace the cap tightly enough, which fell off, so I had to end up getting that checked out by a different mechanic. They are very friendly, but the quality and attention to detail just isn't there.

We have used them in the past for changing tires, and they have been wonderful. They let us have an appointment after the engine diagnostics. They let us know if something is starting to wear down. They give us an estimate for what needs to be changed 6-9 months down the line, so I am financially prepared.

They are very honest. They won't give you any service that you don't need. Their prices are more reasonable than the dealers. It's a small station, but they give good service at great prices.
