My 1999 Dodge Caravan had a hard time starting for a while and finally would not start at all. I had it towed to Bluemound Automotive and the serviceman confirmed that it was the starter. He called to let me know the cost and length of time needed. The price was reasonable and in about 3 hours I received a call that the van was ready. The garage is clean and the personnel are friendly and courteous. This was the first time I used them and was more than staisfied.

The garage is very clean and the owner is very professional. Work was accomplished way faster than I assumed and outcome was great. I made an appointment the previous day and was able to drop my vehicle off the next morning. Within 2 hours I received a call that the work was done. A new muffler was installed and I was happy.

They are very trustworthy and reliable. I was just there for the engine light that came on. They didn't charge me because they didn't find anything wrong. They explained to me what the possibilities were for the light coming on and told me what some of my options were. They are very responsive. They get right to work when I walk in. They have never told me I needed things fixed that really didn't need any fixing.

I am extremely satisfied with their work. I take my cars in mostly for oil changes, but they let me know what else is up and when I might need to address it. That said, when I go in for regular xxxmile services, they don't hook me up with all sorts of things I don't need. I've gone in several times with noises or drips I was worried about and they either made a fast (and correct)diagnois and repair, or told me it was nothing and sent me home no charge.
