My wife and I picked out the 4 solid core interior doors that we wanted. Dave Legler, of BlueLakes Remodeling purchased them for us, and transported them to our home. He removed (and latter hauled away and disposed of) our old doors. Then, he trimmed and installed new doors. He did a good job of cleaning up when he was done.

Dave Legler purchased new attic pull down stairs, and brought them to our home. He removed the old broken stairs. He installed the new attic stairs, and new attic stairs insulation. He had to do some carpentry work to make the new stairs fit our home's existing attic opening. When he finished, he did a very good job of cleaning up. When he left, he took our old attic stairs away, and disposed them for us.

It went very well. He claimed that he charged $45 per hour (plus materials), but it seemed to me that worked about half again as many hours as he charged us for. I would definitely use him again.
