Internet Service
I called them three times that night, but no one was able to fix the connection. I called them the next day and they sent a technician out; however, he was not able to fix it. He said he could come out the next day, but he never showed up. I have called them multiple times since then, asking why they won't connect my Internet. I have paid my bills and don't owe them any money so I'm not sure why my service is not working. I have even asked to speak with a supervisor. After waiting on hold for a long time, the call was disconnected. It is now January 18 and I have not been able to work. They are rude everytime I call them. I have no idea why I'm being treated like this.
