Very poorly - service tech did not show up for 1st scheduled appointment, then somebody showed up on another day without an appointment and never called so I wasn't home. It was also very difficult to talk to an actual person to reschedule, kept bouncing around automated menus. The customer service was terrible... except for the final install tech who was very professional and efficient.

This company is terrible to work with. If you have any other options take them.
We live in a rural area with no other options so we are forced to deal with CenturyLink for internet service of 10 Mbps.
The service options and customer service of this company is beyond abysmal.
Charging 63.95 for 10 Mbps is robbery.
All the representatives are unsatisfactory on all levels. Hailey, Kelsey and Michael in particular today.
So sad to know there are companies like this in operation in our country.

It costs $90 a month. It's the only company in the area. The only thing I dislike about it is that I lose a lot of internet. It sets down sometimes in the middle of the night. I have to reboot my modem to get it to work again. It affects parts of the television that requires internet service. That happens probably two to three times a month. I would recommend the service to a family member or a neighbor.

I rate CenturyLink DSL a C because they screwed up my order but only because they didn't listen to me. I told them that I was leaving Charter, so they should have known that they needed to remove some equipment from the line in order for my DSL to work. I had to go the weekend without internet. They were responsive when I got to the right person, but because it was a new account, that proved to be frustrating as well.

Had a representative call immediately and show up at my house exactly when they said they would and usually sooner. They would not give up until they had found the problem. They never treated their customer as if she were a problem. They were always very pleasant to deal with. I have never had this kind of customer service from any big company before. It was a nice surprise. I would recommend them to anyone and especially people that live in rural areas.
