Previously we used Terminix. We used them three months ago. They charged us around $99 and $110 for a year. I had some type of deal they were offering at the time. They were great. They were on time, prompt. And fulfilled their contract. Any problems I had they were good about taking care of. I had a bill or two lost in the mail after the move and they were very understanding about that. They were very good to deal with.
