He replaced the fan on my computer and cleaned out the area thoroughly and it seems to be working fine since. Very polite and honest and gave a high estimate to give a better idea of how much it would cost.

Was very happy with Gary knew what he was talking about and also very friendly.Tried to help over phone
but I couldn't get it to work. Took It over right away and he called within an hour and let me know the problem
and what he needed to do to fix it and also what it would cost for parts and labor.. Did an excellent job cleaned it, replaced hardware
got it back like it was brand NEW! Excellent service.

I took in mine and my mom's laptops. Mine was running incredibly slow and hers had abruptyl stopped working. I called a few different businesses and picked Gary because he seemed the most knowledgable and actually asked questions about what was happening instead of quoting me a price without any information (like the others did). My computer had viruses galore, which he cleaned up for $75 and also made sure my anti-virus software was working properly. My mom's computer had hardware issues, so he fixed what he could and only charged $50 since he couldn't completely fix it without new parts, and she preferred just getting a new computer instead of paying to fix the old one. Mine is running much better. My mom ended up getting a new computer but at least got to pull some of her files off since he got it into working condition. He answered all of my questions, took care of our computers very quickly, and also printed off some tips on how to avoid getting new viruses. Super nice guy, and I would definitely recomend him to anyone having computer issues!

My laptop was not holding a charge and I was living in a new area and knew no computer repair people in the area so literally googled laptop repair people in my area. I literally just picked a name out of about 20 names and called and explained the issue and asked for an estimate. He was honest, thorough and seemed very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He completes his repairs out of his own home so I was a little leary about going to someone's home and dropping off my laptop but I took the chance and boy am I glad I did. He had to order a part from the East coast so it took a couple extra days but he kept in touch and let me know the progress. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, and even did extra at no cost to me. He went above and beyond and I could't have been more pleased with his work, his customer service and his overall business. I will definitely go back to him in the future if I ever need a laptop repair again, which I am sure I will.

Called to discuss new sign on start up screen with lack of windows on my
2 year old Toshiba 665 laptop. Didn't want to touch anything for fear I
would choose the wrong option from things I did not understand. Gary
was very helpful and offered to problem solve and get back to me same
day. Later that day after performing assessment of the problem, he
called to state that it was up and running but because many people had
problems with this laptop, was running additional tests. He asked that I
call back in the morning, but may only be $75.00 which I thought was
reasonable. I (and he) were skeptical. The following day after testing
and failing the re-boot on 3rd or 4th try, it died!! I was not totally
surprised based on on- line reviews though. Gary was wonderful and
said there was not charge as he did not and quot;FIXand quot; anything. Nice guy,
responsive, and seemed to know what he was doing. I would recommend him
to others.
