The actual work at the time went well. Superior was doing work at our neighbor's house and were able to replace our roof right away when theirs was done. However, even though we had a 5 year guarantee on the labor, we were never able to get a response when we contacted them with problems.
Description of Work: Superior Construction replaced our roof in 2010. We noticed the roof leaking the following spring. We tried contacting Superior many times and left messages for Bill at his home. He never called us back. We sent a certified letter to his home/business address and it was never picked up from the post office. We ended up having to pay someone else to fix our roof. The flashing around the chimneyhad separated and it all had to be redone. The same exact thing happened to our next door neighbors. They also paid someone elseto fix something Superior Construction messed up. I am so angry that contractors get away with this.
