Fantastic experience. From booking all the way from making my appointment to getting in my truck after the service. Aaron Olson and the team took great care of me. I’m very impressed and will definitely be back again!

I take it there every 10,00 miles for an oil change. They do a really good job. I always use them. They are real high quality and they have all state of the art technicians. We buy all our tires from them as well. We are very pleased. They are very honest people. They offer to pick you up or offer a loaner car. The waiting area is really nice. It has a huge fish aquarium, a ton of tvs. It's a pretty big operation.

I have taking my vehicles to this place for many years. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, even they I know they are very busy. Now they even store my all season tires till the spring comes and will store the snow tires in the summer!

Olson Tire is a very professional car service center. Up front staff handles issues and questions and guidance for service. In the past they discovered a warranty issue for me when I brought vehicle in for a 2nd opinion. The other service center was pushing me toward an $800 repair. Olsons has a clean atmosphere, comfortable waiting area, and attached Subway if you are hungry!

Servie was perfect, fast, on time, great communication, and a car wash thrown in for good measure. Great place...professional staff.

Customer service is great. They do a good job at everything. Can be more costly at times but you get what you pay for at Olson.

The appointment was when I wanted it, the car was finished when I expected. The car was washed which was a bonus. The car was returned to me in perfect shape!

It wasnt that big of a deal, just an oil change, and ity went well.

This company is hands down the best repair shop in Wausau. You will not be disappointed with their level of service and professionalism.
I started to experience a wobbling noise from my rear tires, so I went to Sears to get a tire rotation. They rotated the tires just fine but suggested I get a suspension eval because of some strange wear.
I went to Olson Tand S because I trusted their work and I knew they would tell me exactly what was wrong, if anything. The service was superb and they completed the work right on time. I was called a couple times with the status of my car and asked me a few questions just to make sure I wasn't surprised by the bill.

You may pay a bit more than most at Olson's but it's well worth it. I will be coming back in the future!
