Leaf Shield Gutter Pros

Horrible!

This has been a nightmare! the gutters have been leaking from the end caps since they were installed. I have called, texted, and talked to both this company and the contractor they sent and it has not been fixed in two months. I am ignored and basically told by Leaf Shield Gutter Pros that I have to work it out with the contractor. That has not gone well as, even though I have talked to him, he has not been here to fix it. I have an ice puddle on my driveway from the leaking. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Ryan Reynolds was very professional in providing a quote to install gutters and leaf guards. The quote was fair for the high quality product they installed. The installation company, Maple Home Products, headed up by Urias B. was very professional. The install was done quickly and cleanup insured no debris was left behind. The gutters match my metal roof perfectly and I cannot wait for the next monsoon to see them in action. I would not hesitate to recommend Leaf Shield and Maple Home Products for your gutter and leaf guard needs. I will be doing an addition soon and will be certain to have them back.

The family crew was great and did a great job. There was a piece of vinyl siding that had come loose, and during the gutter install, the gentleman went out of his way and popped the siding back together. I would highly recommend!

Do not sign anything that only gives you three days to change your mind, because that is what they do. The estimate was just one number, no breakdown of material costs and labor costs. The subcontractor they used did a good job but the amount of time they took in no way justified the total cost. The material must be made from precious metals. I paid by check and the sub said I would get a receipt from the owner. Two weeks later I have not seen one. I admit I should have looked around more but think twice before you sign anything with this company.

What a waste of money. They take forever to get back to you plus they cant do the project right to begin with. Let's install the downspout in the middle of the driveway for when water will freeze in the spring. Lol hire someone else plus they change their reviews on homeadvisor. Crooks

The Company Representative scheduled a consultation within days of my inquiry. He measured the areas where gutters and fascia boards needed replacement and even recommended a color I had not considered. Two of the finest Gentlemen installed the gutters and shield guards and replaced the warped fascia boards, even working a full day on July 4. They were competent and professional and thanks to them, my home looks polished and beautifully framed. And, I have confidence knowing that an effective "water management system" is now protecting my home and property.
