This is the very finest retail organization with which I have ever done business. I have been an Apple-MacIntosh buyer and user almost since Apple began business. I have bought numerous Apple products over those many years. Bar none, this is the best outfit I have ever dealt with. The people here are top-flight professionals, courteous, responsive, and helpful, always with a smile even when your computer system has you in a grumpy mood. I came to Wausau in 2005 and was overjoyed to find the company here in town. I have been dealing with it since and have bought a good deal of equipment and support gear from it. The company's staff has always worked closely with me to make sure I was getting the very best system for my needs, always allowing for some growth, but not pushing a system that grossly exceeded my needs. Some times, even when I try to talk them into a piece of equipment I think is snazzy, they have steered me in a different direction because they know me and my needs. Apple equipment, of course, is not inexpensive. But I have always found prices here to be fair and competitive. One of the company's most notable positives is its service when things don't quite work out too well. Its service people have repeatedly gone out of their way to take care of my problems as rapidly as they could, as they know I cannot function without my Mac! I am a lost ship at sea without it. They have even come to my home to hep with a vexing problem and I am sure have worked overtime to set things straight, which they always do. You will not go wrong working with this bunch. I love them all.
