Was horrible and I dont know how they are still in business. No one wants a pushy salesman especially since i told him i was only there for information.

"So I have taken time after reading this review to go through and find out information on this consumer. Seeing as I've never had a [member name removed], [member name removed]or [member name removed] come in the store. Upon trying to find information for [member name removed] the only information I could find was a [member name removed] passed away in 2006, Upon looking for the address. It doesn't exist in Wausau, Wi. Not to mention the fact that Due to the date of the review neither Our owner or his son were in the shop that day. One was sick the other was on service calls all day. If someone wishes to write a false review they need to get their facts straight. We maintain this review is written by a Former disgruntled employee of ours who is no longer with us. It was a simple PC tuneup on my Wife's laptop which was running as slow as can be. After we received it back it was running at top speed and ran like a champion. Unfortunately since then We took an electric shock to the computer and no longer have it. But i've already gotten a quote from them for a New Desktop and it's a very reasonable quote. With much better components than what you buy in the store.

I knew about them since they have been around for a long time. Computer started slowing down and had weird popups, brought it into the store and was promptly greeted. They took my information down and called me the next day telling me it was fixed.
