I would recommend them. They are very professional and the work is excellent.

Initial planning was started Gaffney Construction had very detailed plans drawn up showing the project was capable of fitting into the required space available and meet all building and structural requirements. Sub contractors were brought in and quotes were submitted, all prices were within the financial guidelines I had set. Gaffney Construction went to the village and applied for a building permit. Problems arose when it was discovered my property was in a flood zone, Gaffney construction got all needed information together and came up with a plan that met with construction and flood zone guidelines and got the project approved. Construction began on the initial date that was set. All work was done in a safe and professional way. A few unforeseen problems did come up and were taken care of meeting all construction guidelines. The work was completed in just 5 construction days a day early. The addition to our room came up looking like it was always there. Excellent work!!
