After being told we needed front and rear brake replacement at a oil change service we were a little suspicious because the tech didn't seem to have a good reason to make the diagnosis. We went to Firestone because we had really good experiences buying tires from them. They put the Jeep on the rack and removed all four tires. Indications were we need both front and rear work. They worked up a quote. Then they honored one element of the oil change quote because the part was less on that quote then their original calculation. They offered immediate service and finished the job ahead of the time they promised. Ken and his crew are honest and skilled.
