+ -1 moreI highly recommend The Closing Company and have high praise for their agent Ms. Brittany Schade. Professional and competent! The Closing Company is located on Grand Ave in Wausau near the courthouse.
Description of Work: I worked with Brittany Schade at The Closing Company on Grand Ave in Wausau. Brittany was friendly, courteous and professional as she walked me through the myriad of paperwork for a real estate closing. Although I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, she was ready to go and really put me at ease with all the paperwork I needed to process. Everything was well organized and ready to go. When the transaction was completed, she had a folder ready for me with my copies of all the documents I had just signed. Brittany made sure all my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied with the documents.
