The car was in the garage when I picked it up so that I could inspect it. They did a nice job. I wish that the price could have been a little less, but you get what you pay for and I didn't want to trust my car with anyone else.

Done on time, very thorough, and careful to replace personal items in car. Very satisfied.

They will detail your car for $139. I left my car there and when I picked it up, they hadn't done any work. I put my hand underneath the car and it was dirty. He had informed me that the sediment was coming off underneath the car. They did spray the tires to make the tires look polished. They did not detail much of anything. The car looked bad. The inside was not taken care of at all. There was still a spot on my back seat that I told them to fix. I told them this was horrible and unacceptable. I left it over night for 2 nights. They had water logged my floor mats. The car wasn't steam cleaned and the carpeting was horrible. If I wanted to leave it like this, I would have done this myself. I've had this done before and it was in perfect condition. I was told for this type of service, we only have so much time to finish the job. They were supposed to add shine to the car and it wasn't done. When it rained, there were no beads on the car. I was totally disappointed. I will never take my car back there again. It appears they just vacumned my car and gave it a car wash. I only went there because of the special they were running. I walked back out to the car once I picked it back up, my hand was completely black.
