The service reps were knowledgeable of our old furnace unit, responded to our service requests in a very timely manner,and were honest and upfront with longterm repair options. When we decided to replace the old furnace unit with a new, energy efficient one in January, 2014, the price we were quoted was a very reasonable one, and the two service reps who installed the new unit were knowledgeable, explained everything we needed to know about the new unit, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation. We have used Brandenburg Plumbing and Heating in the past and have always received excellent service. They will continue to be our #1 choice for plumbing and heating work. I highly recommend them!

Brandenberg did a great job installing a new central air conditioning unit at our home.  I had used them previously for a hot water heater installation and an Aprilaire installation.  They did excellent work on those too.  They charge for their actual time and materials, and their prices are very competitive.  The invoicing for both projects was detailed and accurate.

They are better than some of the other companies I have used before. They are prompt and they answer their phones. If they fix something and it is still not right they make it right or they refund; they're very good. I think they're as good as I found. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
