Delayed the start of the project. Once the work did start, the crew would work a couple of hours and then leave for the day. Some times, they did not return for several days. Shingles were left on roof bent over the ridge damaging them. Quote included installing a ridge vent on the roof over the garage. When they told me that they were done, I checked and found that they had not cut the ridge vent opening in the roof. They had to remove the shingles from the ridge in order to cut the vent opening and then reinstall the ridge vent and shingles. By the time that the roof was completed, it was well into November and it was cold and had snowed. In the spring, we found loose nails and pieces of shingles in our rain gutters and on the ground. Very dangerous. Did a poor job of cleaning up after themselves.

The home needed exterior work done so we contacted this company to redo windows and siding. They even got a deck and patio set up for us. It wasn't the workmanship that bothered us but the financial end of it. We paid the full amount on the home improvements but about half a year later we received a lien statement from a window or siding company saying we needed to pay up or they were going to foreclose on our home. We were confused at first, then it hit us that we weren't responsible for it but the home improvement company. They had used our name in the purchases of the products and then decided not to pay for it leaving us with the tab. It was a couple thousand dollars. We had to take them to court and the Better Business Bureau. We discovered that this wasn't their first time scamming people out of money. Our neighbor even got swindled by them because they decided to do some work on their home. We felt bad about that. This is not a company that I would reccommend. They declined to meet us when we went to talk to them. Very unprofessional and inappropriate work habits!
