Mike provided a detailed and accurate estimate, took the time to explain what work would be done, and outlined what the timeline would be to complete the work. The deposit on materials was reasonable ($3,160.50) and they stayed within the agreed estimate. They showed up on time on all days that the weather allowed them to work. They even showed up on days where the weather prediction had anticipated rain and worked until the weather turned. They always left our roof protected from the elements and cleaned up after themselves; making sure that shingles, nails, and other materials were put in the dumpster. They used a device that used a strong magnet on wheels to pick up metal debris and I have yet to find any scraps 1-month after the work was completed. They also followed up a couple weeks later to make sure that we were happy with their work. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was taken care of for us and the quote was very competitive.
