Mold & Toxic Material Test
I was deducted $50 from my bank account. I thought that was the complete cost for the 45 minute inspection. I later received a bill for $750+ from this company. Never was there any mention of charges beyond the $50. Never was there anything in writing about a total over $800. I told the company about this. They said they had a recorded message of agreement and a copy of an agreement for this price. As of this date they have not been able to produce this documentation. I am very angry.

Jeff did our mold testing and was extremely thorough. He took the time to sit down and talk with us, interview and explain everything. He made follow up calls to make sure our apartment complex was doing what needed to be done (which they weren't). He is caring and concerned. I would recommend him to everyone. Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.

I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do.
