I did a search online and saw the vehicle I wanted. It was great. Because they are more than a couple of hours away from me, I used the website. It was user friendly, to put in the information I wanted and an offer on the vehicle. They called me right away the next morning. We got everything handled over the phone. The first time I met them is when I went to get the car. When I got there, they were very welcoming and showed me everything I needed to know about my car.  It was worth the 2 hour drive and the service I got there was great.

The transaction went very smoothly with no glitches. I drove the 250 miles to the dealership with a friend (who would drive that car home). The vehicle was ready to go and I took it for a test drive and decided to purchase it that day. It was ready to go as soon as the paperwork was completed. A spare key was mailed to me within a few days, as promised, and I had it programmed at our local dealership. Very simple transaction. The car was in beautiful condition, no issues, all researched ahead of time via internet. The purchase price was fair.
