I needed my cat put down. She was 20 years old and had lost all her faculties. They provided the service and were very professional. I just felt it was kind of expensive. They charged us an extra fee because we had never been there before. I understand that they didn't want people to be randomly euthanizing animals, but anyone could see she was 20 years old. She had lost a lot of weight and was obviously sick looking. She had been moved across the country twice, so she was obviously a valued member of our family. That being said, they did provide the service and sent a nice card afterward.

Female vet business-like professional. Trip to office is always upsetting for our cats.Technician displayed obvious empathy as she soothed them. We miss the home call practice of our vet in a former location.

The shelter uses them so that's why I went there. They're just a typical vet. It was just a naturally follow on to go there because I did stuff with the shelter. They're really nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They're just really good people.
