Description of Work: The services agreed upon were to have snow removal done while I was out of town. The problem is, the company did not show up, or plow (required by city or we get fined) and then tried to charge me for the services when I returned. I had 6 witnesses asked to watch the property, which confirmed the service was not performed, plus 3 neighbors who also complained and confirmed my walks were not cleared. Upon my return, and my refusal to pay for services not rendered, the owner of the company showed up at my house once, while i was not at home, and when I didnt answer the door, he proceeded to block my driveway with snow - again witnessed by a neighbor. On March 5, 2013, he again came to my house and this time blocked the driveway with over 5 feet of ice and snow he removed from another site. This vengence has been reported to the police, however I don't want any one else in this area to be bullied by this unprofessional and mob like attitude. I told the owner we can go to court to settle this, as I have so many witnesses and proof of non-performance, but he has chosen to act like this instead.
