The owner of the company was very responsive and worked me into his busy schedule the morning after I called. He walked me through the damaged areas explaining what needed to be done and approximately what the cost of the demo, drying and repairs would be. He even told me if I wanted to do the demo myself I could save myself some money. How many companies would do that. He told me the areas I needed to demo and even loaned me some tools to make it easier. The next day the dehumidifying equipment was setup. Then he came back in and put my basement back together saving me thousands of dollars compared to other companies I spoke to and I am confident he did the same work they were going to do.

They don't replace burnt wood, they chemically clean it. The insurance company kind of recommended that I go to them because they were the cheapest possible option. I found them pretty average in most respects. They were professional. They took a couple of days to respond to voicemail.

Every time I set up an appointment with them, they catered to my schedule. They were very professional with me as well. The cost for the service was covered by my insurance company. I thought that the work was done in a timely manner and I appreciated the fact that they were able to start immediately.
