Potter Building & Remodeling

Potter Building and Remodeling was great. We found it quite convenient to have the person who is in charge during the work because if you have a question or you want to change something, you don't have to call some Project Manager who may or may not be able to get out there and pay at the cost of the workers and then (inaudible 00:02:30). They were always very pleasant, sometimes I think they were surly.He's pleasant in problem solving and with project like that, problems always come up. He never complained ab out them and they always were trying to get (inaudible 00:03:20). They were very good. Their estimate was the most reasonable. They were working out ther in four degrees of weather. They did not make excuses like, it's too cold, we can't work. It was a really brutal cold weather and again, they never complained. It took them longer but that wasn't their fault because it's hard to work at the same page when the weather is brutally cold. I was impressed. They just pressed on. We had one of the worst weathers on record in terms of brutally cold temperature for day after day after day. Their price was more than competitive. It wasn't that much lower as everyone around here but it was a good price. That was probably the only contractor that bid on what could have been the situation. They were there at 8 o'clock every morning.

Tom has done excellent work for me in the past. I have been impressed by his problem solving skills and mastery of his craft. He is prompt, efficient and does very good work. He fixed the problem.

He is very personable. He did some of the work himself and brought in a subcontractor for the rest. He managed it all after the general contractor. He listened to me about what I wanted and everything happened exactly as we discussed. Though price was above the prices it was great. He has a lot of remodeling experience. I can't say anything bad about him.
