I was very pleased with how things went. The upgrades that Mark recommended for the shower were practical upgrades that should keep it functioning as expected for much longer than what I had previously. Mark was prompt to stop out and give me an estimate and installed the replacement parts very quickly even though I said that it was a pretty low-priority job.
