They cleaned 2 carpets and a hallway.  The quality of the service was excellent.  They are very professional and very friendly.  They do an excellent job.

With just a few days before having family over for Thanksgiving, we realized our carpets were in terrible shape. Fred Nickel of Carpet Care Experts quickly returned a phone message as was available to come Tuesday morning Thanksgiving week. I asked him about upholstery cleaning, and decided several years of two boys eating and handling our furniture had taken their toll. Fred and his wife arrived when they said they would and got to work. Fred rated our old living room carpet a grade of "D" and newer family room a "B". I really appreciate his honesty that he only guaranteed an improvement of one letter grade on the carpets. As he said, initially the carpets looked almost like new, but each day some of the worst stains started showing up again. The net result is our carpets looked better than we expected and felt clean for our big family gathering. The cost of the carpet cleaning was relatively small (about $140?). That part was definitely an "A" for price. Besides our piano and one desk, we had moved everything out of the rooms ourselves, so that saved money. Upholstery cleaning was more expensive (which is why I put "B" above), but also made our chairs look like new. This also took a lot of time, so I guess it makes sense they charged more for this. There were no surprises on the cost - Fred had given a completely accurate cost estimate, time estimate, and over delivered on his quality promises. I plan on using Carpet Care Experts again.

He was great. On time, efficient, very nice, and the carpets looked great. This was done over a month ago and the carpets are still looking very fresh and clean. I would easily use them again.

Cleaning went went. Fred and his wife arrived promptly and cleaned the carpet, giving special attention to a few problem areas. They are both very friendly and are clearly interested in doing a good job. I've used Carpet Care Experts several times and have always been happy with their work.

Great! The owner/operator was highly professional and also very nice. He called when promised and showed up right on time. Cleaning job was impressive. Also, he gave me a discount because he didn't have to move furniture for the cleaning (condo was pretty much empty at the time), as he had promised. I highly recommend and will use again in the future!

It went really well. Fred was in and out in under 2 hours. The noise was pretty minimal and he was very professional.

Very well. Offered to only charge 1/2 area for upstairs hallway, due to smaller size. Also offered $30.00 discount because we had cleared things off floors in bedrooms and moved some things out of family room. Took about 2-3 hours. All stained areas (recent dog vomit) cleaned completely.
