Had Carter and Rich install the system. When they went to show us how to use it, they discovered that a fuse was blown. Apparently, when attaching a wire they nicked an existing electrical wire. They could have lied since once the circuit was reset we wouldn't have known differently, but instead they went ahead and redid the wiring to make it safe and right! That's honesty and work done right. I would recommend them without a doubt.
