I HIRED THEM IN THE SPRING, AND WITHIN TWO MONTHS, I FOUND THAT ONE OF THE OAKS THEY HAD TRIMMED WAS DEAD. HE CAME OUT AND TOOK A LOOK AT IT AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR $1400 TO REMOVE IT, AS WELL. I WAS SUSPICIOUS, SO I GOT OTHER BIDS. A COUPLE OF TREE PEOPLE CAME OUT AND TOLD ME IT HAD TO HAVE ALREADY BEEN DEAD, BEFORE THIS GUY EVEN TRIMMED IT. I WROTE HIM AND ASKED FOR A REFUND OF THE TRIMMING ON THAT TREE SINCE IT WAS ALREADY DEAD, BUT HE DIDN'T RESPOND. THE REST OF THE TRIMMING WAS FINE AND THEY DID CLEAN UP. I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM, UNTIL I FOUND OUT THAT THEY TRIMMED A DEAD TREE.
