Install went very well. Service was excellent after install. All people involved were great. TJ, the sales person, was there for the install and was working very hard with the others to make sure things went as planned. Would definitely go with them again.

Gave me the run around, saying there was nothing they could do since the refund went through on their end, yet I had no refund. Both mother and son are unprofessional and don't know how to run a business. My credit card company has given my refund and will be pursuing this so call business.

This is the last time I will subject myself to them.  I am a good person, and a loyal customer. I am thankful to at least have the internet to be able to voice my displeasure, and warn all of you.  Especially when it comes to pool chemicals; and when your valuable time, money, expensive backyard ecosystem, and summer months in Wisconsin are involved.
Let me first say I have been in the same house and managed my pool for over 14 years.  Last week I took a water sample from my pool into Wolf.  From my water sample, the only thing the woman told me was that my chlorine levels were extremely high, they were off the charts.  She sold me some products and filter cleaner.  I asked her how to use it. She said "read the back".  I immediately went home, turned off the chlorinator, filled the pool with the garden hose for hours attempting to get the chlorine levels down. 
Twenty four hours and a lot of hard work and sweat later . . .  the pool is not even a smidge better, in fact its WAY worse. 
I went to a different pool store with another water sample the next day.  They told me I have no chlorine at all - the pool is in terrible shape.  I had to spend $350 to rectify their bad advice.
Every time I go into this business they are antagonistic.  A few months go by, I am a good person and try to give people a pass thinking they had a bad day.  So I would eventually forget about my last experience, and when I am in the area, and I just go back in.  One of the older women comes from the back, and you try to have a friendly conversation with her; and yet they just argue with the customer and give wrong information.  Or they don't converse at all. It makes you want to turn around and walk out.

They have been very cooperative whenever they come out. We always get what we expect. They fixed the power cord and replaced the cover for us.

The unfortunate thing with this outfit is that if you use Baquacil you are very much a captive audience. I have found several of the service people to be condescending and insulting as if they were doing me a favor coming out to tell me what was wrong. On several occasions after an item was replaced and something went wrong there was an 'after-the-fact' remark about something we should have been doing. Of course that did not save me the service cost, nor in one instance the cost of replacing a pool heater ($1200) which was less than a year old. There are other equipment providers and installers who are far less expensive, as I said with a Baquacil system one is pretty restricted. On the other hand some technicians have been very helpful and given good advice 'before-the-fact.' They also had a short-lived attempt to charge customers for water testing unless they purchased chemicals. Fortunately, they recanted from this after a short time. If I had a viable alternative I'd use it.

THEY HAVE PROVIDED SERVICE THE SAME DAY OR NEXT WHEN NEEDED, EVEN IN WINTER--MINE IS OUTSIDE. THEY HAVE ALSO FOUND DISCOUNTS ON PARTS ETC FROM THE MANUFACTURER. A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!
