The work was done in 2012, and it was a very work done, one of the things I choose them against others was their flexibility and apparent transparency. The work was well done, they were punctual and courteous. In 2015 or 2016 I called them because I have a seal broken in two of my windows, they came review and replaced the windows. In 2019 I called again for a warranty service for another 3 windows with the same problem, but now the response was the window manufacturer was out of business, therefore they can not honor the warranty!!! What kind of business is that? one of the sale argument they used is the life warranty on the windows, well there is not anymore and what bother me the most is the lack of communication about this. Probably in one of the tinny letters of the contract, this fact is exposed (I will check it now, my bad) but how come you let down a customer that invested near to 17,000 dollars on windows... I live in a bigger house now, I do need windows, I won't do it with this lack of accountability company.

Our 2nd of 3 projects with WINDOW CONCEPTS to replace our front door. Based on 1st project, we expected another outstanding experience. Underwhelmed & disappointed don't begin to describe the reality. Installation was pushed back 2 days due to 'weather' night before it was to start. When crew finally arrived hours late for rescheduled installation, they immediately complained about vehicle problems that cost 2 days of work that week. That should have been our 1st warning. Some "highlights” of our 6 day installation nightmare include: 1. Installation crew 1-3 hours late each day 2. 45 minutes of work performed followed by 2-3.5 hour lunches EVERY day 3. Crew perpetually unprepared. Each day shopping for same supplies followed by claims they couldn't find basic items like trim or caulk at Menards. 4. Door clearly not inspected prior to job or someone would have noticed it was missing bore hole for deadbolt BEFORE removing old door. Crew claimed they weren't qualified to perform basic field tasks & door would have to be sent back to be corrected & installed in approx 2 weeks if rushed. 5. Old door put back on without any insulation leaving visible gaps all around. Storm door left off & no attempt to seal out cold March weather. WINDOW CONCEPTS stated they didn't understand why installers hadn't resolved bore hole issue or at least installed door as is with temporary locking handle. Great questions! 6. Manufacturer tech agreed to meet crew & complete job, but no one could reach actual crew until late the next day only to claim they couldn't make it until the following Monday. This left us with an improperly secured, visibly gaping door for 3 days. 7. Tech arrived on time, left for another job, came back 75 minutes later & left for yet another job in another county when no one could locate installers or new door. Rather than apologize, scheduler implied we, along with manufacturer’s tech, were lying about crew not being there. When installers did finally arrive they were upset tech hadn't waited 2+ hours for them to show up. 8. After 30 minutes removing old door again & putting new one on hinges, crew disappeared for another 2+ hour lunch in such a rush they left with door fully unsecured. We discovered this after they left with door swinging in wind. But with balmy Wisconsin temperatures in the mid-30's that day, why bother really. 9. After tech arrived for 3rd time that day, completed his portion & left, crew tried to leave for "personal issue." They became angry when we insisted door be insulated, able to close & lock before they left as if that were unreasonable. 10. 3rd day crew actually showed up began with snarky comments about our call to WINDOW CONCEPTS to discuss our very legitimate concerns. No apologies or excuses, just angry we dared say something. 11. 5 hours later, crew left “completed” project after borrowing caulk from us to do basic sealing they Had to be forced into doing. Manufacturer's rep came out to verify job was done properly & had to order new insulation pieces to correct visible gaps at corners. After several weeks WINDOWS CONCEPTS has taken no responsibility for the extreme incompetence & unprofessionalism of installation. Instead, shifting blame to their supplier. That contract for project was signed with Window Concepts & not their supplier is not relevant to them. WINDOW CONCEPTS has made clear they do NOT stand behind their written satisfaction guarantee & even suggested we pad our review as installation crew was hired by manufacturer & a negative review would be unfair to them. Really? Let me tell you about unfair. As our cost is in excess of $3800 for a single, very basic installed door, it is not too much to expect job be done properly in a timely manner. The professionals involved think a $100 gift certificate is generous compensation for simple installation that by their own admission should have been completed in a few hours rather than 6 days & required immediate corrective measures of basic insulation. Amount doesn't even cover our added heating costs from door being left open & uninsulated for 6 days in March. Needless to say, contract for replacing our final patio door will be given to another company. If you are reading this, PLEASE feel free to share this with everyone you know. More importantly, learn from our unfortunate experience & avoid doing business with this company. We've spent almost $12,000 with them in the past year only to discover that while they are very concerned with maintaining a good reputation, when it comes right down to it, they are unwilling to do the work or take the steps necessary to earn it.

We worked with Seth from Window Concepts of Milwaukee for our siding replacement. We received a really good product for a great price and are just thrilled with the way our home looks!! Their installer, Jay, was quick, professional and CLEAN!!! He did a great job and was very courteous and respectful of myself and our home. As a side note.........When we bought our home, one of the windows had a blown seal and we hadn't gotten around to replacing it yet. Seth went above and beyond by contacting the company that installed them to get a new one made and then came out personally to replace it at no charge to us!! We would highly recommend Window Concepts of Milwaukee to anyone looking for siding services!!

Window Concepts was FANTASTIC to work with. No-pressure sales, excellent product, professional installers and quick installation. Will be using them again to replace our siding in the next year. Would recommend this company to anyone considering new windows. A side note - we had windows put into our previous home by another area contractor and had all sorts of problems and the job was neverending. The experience with Window Concepts was completely different and was so refreshing. Definitely take the time to call them,

All of the widows that we had installed by Window Concepts get a buildup of condensation which leads to a lot of ice build up on the
inside whenever the temperature drops below freezing. We know this is not supposed to happen because we have windows by another manufacturer in most of our rooms that are located within feet of these windows and they do not get condensation or ice buildup. This includes the window outside of the bathroom and in the bathroom, where we have never experienced this. Now we noticed that, due to the excessive moisture on the windows, mold is forming. We have expressed our concerns, both initially and throughout the last 2 years, but Window Concepts have mostly ignored us and provided us with the excuse that these windows are working. Window Concepts has repeatedly told us that they will call us back, because in the words of their customer service reps, and quot;that should not be happeningand quot; and and quot;sounds like an installation problemand quot;. However, they have refused to do anything about it except miss scheduled appointments and leave their propaganda making excuses as to why there is condensation on their windows. We would not recommend this company due to our opinion that these are cheap windows and their lousy customer service.

They scheduled the appointment earlier in the week for a Saturday. They actually arrived early and installed the door. They removed the old door and disposed of it for me. Measurements were perfect, the door is exactly what they said it would be. Rich P., the owner, was right, they did what they said they would do.

I had a huge 4x10 bay window installed and they did a beautiful job. They installed 9 windows, plus a picture window in my kitchen and the bay window. They did have to come back a couple times; the windows are a little tight to lock, but they do stay locked, very air tight. The quality of the windows is great and the works were very skilled craftsmen. They even hand cut aluminum to fit the soffits; they liked the way it looked so much, the owner came out to take pictures. Plus, I didn't have to pay until I was satisfied.

They used very high pressure sales. They claimed they would remove rotting wood but they claimed it wasn't, so they just covered over it. The people who put in the windows used foul language and my children even mentioned their use of foul language. The man who did the walk through said they would fix the vinyl wrap and they didn't. I called the company and they said that guy doesn't know what he was talking about. The windows were not of the high quality as advertised. The workmanship looked sloppy when put in.
