Window installs went great, the installers were very professional, courteous and clean. However there were mistakes in the window orders, and weres unresponsive in getting updates and replying to simple inquiries. Also one of the windows has to be replaced because of defects and one needs to be adjusted. They promised to replace but have not been responsive in communicating about it.

I called during the week of August 7, 2017, and was informed there would be an 8 week wait for service, but we would be put on the list. I waited 8 weeks (October), called back, and was assured we were still on the list, but it was taking longer than expected. I waited another month, called back and got a recording. I left a message and waited a few days with no call back. I called again, left another message, indicating that when I called in summer, I didn't think we'd have the Christmas lights up before the window was repaired, waited 2 days and received no call back. I called again, and left a message that I would be calling daily until I heard from them, which I did for several days. My final message told them I had done an Internet search and was talking to people I knew to see if they had closed their office. The next morning I received a call from someone to schedule an appointment to repair our window. He was very apologetic, and said there was a problem with an office worker. An appointment was scheduled for December 18. The week before our appointment, I received a call to re-schedule! And on December 21, someone from Wellington actually showed up and was able to repair our window in a few minutes. Bob seemed unaware of the delay for service, and very apologetic, although I'm sure it wasn't his fault. He was professional and helpful, and even mailed us a small supply of plastic stops to replace broken ones on some of our windows.

The sales rep was very professional and helpful and prompt.  The installers came to change out the window and discovered problems with the previous install.  They notified the company.  The company worked with me to get the issues fixed and rescheduled the work.  The installers were very professional and courteous through the process.  Everything was finished and looks great.  The first day they were an hour late without calling me but otherwise it went smoothly.
