I thought that they should have fixed that bulge because it was an error the way they installed it. But, they charged me $400 to fix it. I don't think they were exceptionally expensive. I think they're reasonable. Good quality.

Though price higher than we would have wanted, the quality of work performed exceptional.

The estimator, John Tomaszewski inspected it with me in June 2012 and determined that it did not need replacement. I decided to do it anyway because there was some underlying water damage at one roof overhang. I wanted additional insulation as well as eleven roof penetrations for skylights and felt that the fact it lasted 25 years was long enough. They were every bit as easy to work with and professional as I remembered them to be. In fact one of the workers remembered working on the job originally. I bought the house in 1982 and the original owners said they had used them too. The project went off smoothly. Great workmanship and cooperation with the carpenter and owner. The salesman, John was excellent. He stayed with the project and made sure everything went as planned as well as followed up when the work was complete. The price was fair and the billing accurate.

Waukesha Roofing sent out information that answered frequently asked questions. We never felt like there was a pressure sale like some of the other bidders. We were happy with the work done and clean up afterwards. Their price quote was less than competitors for similar shingles.
