They did notice that there was a little rust showing up on the burners. Part of me felt that they were trying to establish a little fear factor in me. Part of me was wondering if they were just being thorough. They did give me an estimate of what a new furnace would be. I would get more estimates before I hired them again.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED MY FURNACE TO ME AND WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO KEEP EVERYTHING WORKING PROPERLY. HE EVEN CHECKED MY THERMOSTAT. (SUBSIDIARY OF HALES CORNERS HEATING & COOLING)
